Continuing Dr Chang’s work

The Foundation has distributed grants to train over 200 surgeons from around Asia. We also grant funds to be innovative in the field of heart surgery.

A memoir of internationally acclaimed heart surgeon Victor Chang (1936-1991), written by his daughter and Foundation CEO, Vanessa Chang.

Her book talks about his career in heart surgery and the first heart-lung transplant to the development of an artificial heart.
